Looking for a specific. detailed heroes suggestion post
When I played this game years ago, I found this really useful and detailed forum post which had suggested what to use. and what to give.
I'd really like to find it again, and I don't remember much about it. Mainly only that it suggested a Elementalist/Mesmer, a Monk/Mesmer, and a Necromancer/Mesmer. He also might have made suggestions for a Warrior/Monk, and another Monk/Mesmer, but I'm not entirely sure on this.
If someone can help me find this post, I'd be really grateful. Not sure which forum it was (Well, it wasn't gamefaqs.com, but that's all I really know.), and I apologize for that.

Alot has changed over the years and I seriously doubt you would want to run those exact skillbars on your heroes today.
If you're seeking "easy mode"... the link Zaris provided is your best bet.

Well, here's the thing.
I have most of these characters already built up. I have equipment for most of them as well.
So I'd really like to continue this build. Maybe they have better skills available now, but I can easily find replacements for it.
I just want what I started with.

Basically, if the post was a couple years old, all of its points will be outdated and the post will be mostly useless int he current meta of gws.

One thing to try is simply to continue with your heroes, tinker with their skill bars until they work as you want and come up with your own hero set!
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s....php?p=3986869 is the main thread for the Sabway hero set, probably the most popular. You do not have to do all three right away. Nor do you have to be slavishly bound to the recipe. I run modified Sabway, with hero replacements when another class seems a better idea.
In normal mode, a lot of things work fairly well anyway.

Might I suggest posting the bars if you already have them set up?
Maybe that will help someone to remember the thread.
Also - PvX has some team builds so the build in question might be there.

Other than that, I am out of ideas.

My guess is that most of the thread was about abusing the hero ai. Adding mesmer secondaries to open slots were most likely to add some inspiration interrupts for energy management if needed.
